Legal Fox India is committed to resolving grievances, complaints or concerns regarding content published on our platform or services provided by us.
1. LEGAL MANDATE
In accordance with the IT Act, 2000 and applicable rules, we have appointed a dedicated Grievance Officer to address concerns regarding copyright infringement, privacy violation, impersonation, prohibited content, service deficiencies and data security concerns.

3. PROCESS FOR FILING A COMPLAINT
- Subject line must contain “Complaint: [Nature of Issue]”.
- Provide full name, address and contact number.
- Provide exact URL or page details.
- Explain the violation clearly.
- Attach supporting documents, court order, copyright proof or identity proof, where applicable.
4. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & TIMELINES
- Acknowledgement: within 24 hours of receiving the complaint.
- Resolution/Disposal: within 15 days from receipt.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & TAKEDOWNS
If you believe that your work has been copied or used without authorization, please provide copyright ownership details, exact URL, proof of ownership and a declaration that the complaint is genuine.

6. FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES
Police, Cyber Cells, Courts and Government Agencies may send official requisitions at info@legalfoxindia.com.
